A fixed price, for sole traders and Limited Companies.
A thorough, independent review of your Xero or QuickBooks records as they stand today, with clear suggestions for what to improve and practical next steps. Whether you do your own bookkeeping or someone helps you with it.
What you get:
- A review of your current financial year by a qualified bookkeeper
- A written report showing anything that’s been missed, duplicated or recorded incorrectly, prioritised so you know what to deal with first
- A heads-up on anything that could cause problems later, including at VAT or year end
- Actionable next steps and suggestions for what to improve, so your books stay in good order
- A one-hour call to talk you through the findings and answer your questions
- A fixed-price quote for a Tidy-Up, if anything needs putting right

Fixed price, agreed upfront
We’ll agree exactly what’s involved, and the price, before we start.
For books that have fallen behind, or where you know something isn’t right.
What we can do:
- Catch up on missing months, so your records are complete
- Reconcile your bank, card and payment accounts back to your statements
- Correct transactions in the wrong place, and clear anything left in holding accounts
- Remove duplicates and match payments to the right invoices and bills
- Bring your director’s loan account up to date (Limited Companies)
- Hand back clean, up-to-date books, with a summary of what we changed

£895 + VAT
A fixed price for sole traders. £1,195 + VAT for Limited Companies.
For a new business, a business moving to Xero or QuickBooks, or anyone who wants to start managing their bookkeeping more effectively.
What you get:
- Your software set up and configured around your business and how it works
- A personalised bookkeeping routine, with clear weekly and monthly tasks
- One-to-one handover and training, so you understand what you’re doing, not just where to click
- 30 days of support for questions about your set-up, on a fair use basis*
- A check of your first month, so you know you’re on the right track
*Fair use means reasonable questions about your new set-up, by email or a short call, answered within 2 working days. It doesn’t include bookkeeping, catch-up work or further set-up. Your Xero or QuickBooks subscription isn’t included. Catch-up work, importing old records or moving from another system can be quoted separately.

Questions people often ask
Do I have to hand my bookkeeping over to you afterwards?
Not at all. These are one-off services, and many people carry on doing their own bookkeeping afterwards. If you’d like more support later, we’re here.
I have an accountant. Will this cause any problems?
No. We’re happy to work alongside your accountant, and clean, accurate books usually make their job quicker and easier too.
Can you check my books if I use a spreadsheet?
The Health Check is for Xero and QuickBooks. If you use a spreadsheet, a Set-Up can move you onto software that does more of the work for you. Or get in touch and we’ll talk through the options.
How much will a Tidy-Up cost?
It depends on how much needs doing. We’ll always agree a fixed price with you before we start, so there are no surprises. A Health Check is the best way to find out exactly what’s needed.
