We Are a Full Service Business Support Company

So, this is where I tell you all about us. Momentum360. Thank you for listening and I hope you make it to the end, so make yourself another cuppa and listen up.

Momentum360, as it is, was founded in 2021, but the business itself goes back all the way to 2017. Yes, we used to be called Momentum VA but have since rebranded to Momentum360. 

Why go through all that hassle?

Good question, but the answer is simple. When the business started in 2017 “Momentum VA” was a fitting description as at the time we were offering Virtual Assistant Services and nothing else. But a lot has changed since then. A couple of years later we started offering Bookkeeping Services after becoming AAT qualified. Yes, there are many VAs out there who offer bookkeeping services and many of them have years’ of experience under their belts, but we wanted to make sure that we also had the right qualifications before offering this as a service.

But I digress.

“Virtual Assistance” turned into “Virtual Assistance and Bookkeeping” and all was good. Over the years, as the business grew and our customer base expanded, we were asked to do more and more tasks, which was great and don’t get me wrong… we all love a challenge, however some things are just out of our remit and we’d often hear us say, sorry you’ll need an Accountant/Employment Lawyer/Marketing Expert (you get the point) for that.

So, I thought to myself, wouldn’t it be great to work with subcontractors so that we could offer all those services under just one contract…

And that’s how the idea came about and clearly it meant that the business needed a new name.

Momentum360: To encompass the 360 degree of the business support services, which we aim to provide.

Especially since the start of the Covid Pandemic in 2020, the UK has been flooded with people offering Virtual Assistant Services as it’s thought to be an easy job that can be done flexibly from home. Yes, that’s not all wrong. Being a Virtual Assistant is not rocket science, but providing a consistent and professional service is not the easiest feat. At Momentum360 we strive to distinguish ourselves from our ever growing competition, but I have already bored you with that spiel, so I won’t do that to you again.
