All of our packages are fully flexible and can be tailored to your Business requirements. Whether you need us to keep your books up to date in order to submit your tax returns and annual accounts, or want a service that gives you all the information you need to make smart management decisions, we’ve got you covered. All ongoing support packages come with your personal Account Manager and an initial 1-hour Q&A session to get you set up.
Making Tax Digital For Income Tax Package
This package is for service based Sole Traders who aren’t VAT registered, but are mandated into Making Tax Digital for Income Tax. We understand that this is a challenging time for many small Sole Trader businesses, so our mission is to make this process as easy as possible on you. Therefore our MTD for IT packages include everything you need to stay compliant each quarter from professional bookkeeping services to an MTD compliant software subscription. The cost of this service depends on a number of factors including the number of income streams, how many bank accounts you use for your business and how many receipts need to be uploaded each quarter. Turnover below £100k
- Ideal for Service based Sole Traders who aren’t VAT registered.
- Includes one income stream.
- Quarterly posting/coding of income and expenses (includes up to 150 receipts and income transactions per quarter).
- Reconciliation of 1 GBP bank account (current account, credit card, gocardless, stripe…) – Additional accounts are charged at £35/month + VAT.
- Send us your receipts by email, WhatsApp or app (through third party software).
- MTD Compliant Software subscription included throughout duration of contract (if using Software specified by us).
- Quarterly MTD for IT submissions.
- Annual Self Assessment tax returns are available at additional cost. Please contact us for a quote.
Turnover of £100k - £200k
- Ideal for Service based Sole Traders who aren’t VAT registered.
- Includes one income stream.
- Quarterly posting/coding of income and expenses (includes up to 250 receipts and income transactions per quarter).
- Reconciliation of 1 GBP bank account (current account, credit card, gocardless, stripe…) – Additional accounts are charged at £35/month + VAT.
- Send us your receipts by email, WhatsApp or app (through third party software).
- MTD Compliant Software subscription included throughout duration of contract (if using Software specified by us).

Every package can be tailored to your individual requirements. We’ll work with you to make sure you receive the level of information, guidance, and support that helps you run your business smoothly and efficiently. The cost of each package depends on your business’ turnover in the previous tax year:
Packages for businesses with a turnover of less than £100k in the previous tax year
Compliance Package
- Our Compliance package keeps your Bookkeeping accurate, up to date and HMRC-ready all year long, so you can stop worrying about whether things are right. We handle all posting and coding of your income, expenses, invoices and receipts. Our pricing is based on your annual turnover in the previous tax year and includes:
- Regularly keeping your books accurate and up to date so you can rest assured that they will be ready and HMRC compliant at year end.
- Posting/coding of income and expenses (includes up to 50 receipts and income transactions per month).
- Reconciliation of 1 GBP bank account (current account, credit card, gocardless, stripe…) – Additional accounts are charged at £35/month + VAT.
Financial Support Package
- Our Financial Support package builds on the Compliance package by adding actionable insights to help you keep on top of your business finances.
- Everything included in the Compliance Package, plus:
- Email support for simple bookkeeping questions.
- Basic Monthly Management Reports (Profit & Loss, Payables, Receivables)
- Expense monitoring
- A monthly 1-hour virtual meeting to discuss your financials.
Packages for businesses with a turnover of £100k to £200k in the previous tax year
Compliance Package

Add-on Services
Quarterly VAT Returns
- We submit quarterly VAT returns on your behalf and will let you know how much you owe, so all you have to do is make the bank transfer.
Payroll
- Our trusted partners offer payroll services including your monthly payroll including P11D filings for up to 5 employees. Please contact us for a quote if you have more than 5 employees or wish to make use of their managed payroll service.
Annual Self Assessment Tax Returns
