Whether you need us to keep your books up to date in order to submit your tax returns and annual accounts, or want a service that gives you all the information you need to make smart management decisions, we’ve got you covered. All ongoing support packages come with your personal Account Manager who will be there to answer all your questions, free access to our training courses and an initial 1-hour Q&A session to get you set up. Compliance Package

Our Compliance package keeps your Bookkeeping accurate, up to date and HMRC-ready all year long, so you can stop worrying about whether things are “right” and know your numbers are always in safe hands. We handle all posting and coding of your income, expenses, invoices and receipts, and you’ll have email support for those quick Bookkeeping questions that pop up along the way. The below pricing is based on your annual turnover in the previous tax year.

Our Financial Support package builds on the Compliance package by adding actionable insights to help you keep on top of your business finances. In addition to accurate, up-to-date books and email support, you’ll receive basic monthly management reports, including P&L statements and a clear view of payables and receivables. We also monitor your expenses to highlight areas where your business may be overspending. Having said that, we work around your requirements so if you’d like to swap these out for other standard reports then just let us know. The below pricing is based on your annual turnover in the previous tax year. 

Financial Management Package

Our Full Financial Management package takes your bookkeeping and reporting to the next level, giving you a complete view of your business finances and giving you the financial information you need to make confident decisions. Along with everything in the Support package, this option includes budget tracking, profitability analysis by job, customer or service, cash flow analysis, and quarterly scenario planning for hiring, investment, equipment, pricing or expansion. We provide pricing feedback, highlighting margins and break-even points, and take care of credit control while liaising with customers and suppliers about invoices and bills. We can even log into your online systems to download bills, keeping everything accurate and up to date.
