All of our packages are fully flexible and can be tailored to your Business requirements. Whether you need help with just your Bookkeeping or want the full Accounts package, we are here for you. All ongoing support packages come with your personal Account Manager who will be there to answer all your questions, free access to our training courses and an initial 1-hour Q&A session on anything Bookkeeping related. Starter Package

Our starter package is available for customers who require weekly, monthly or quarterly Bookkeeping and includes:

– Regular uploading of receipts – all you need to do is email us your receipts or save them in a shared folder.

– Regular bank reconciliations.

– Monthly/Quarterly Profit & Loss statement sent straight to your inbox

The price of this service depends on the frequency of bookkeeping and also the number of transactions that go through your accounts each month. Please see below for example costs based on up to 50 transactions per month, but please contact us for a tailored quote.

Basic Package

Our basic package is available for customers who require weekly, monthly or quarterly Bookkeeping and includes:

– A one-hour virtual meeting per month/quarter to discuss your financials.

Full Support Package

Our full support package goes beyond traditional Bookkeeping and enables you to sit back and relax whilst we deal with your accounts function. This package includes:

– Regular uploading of receipts – all you need to do is email us your receipts or save them in a shared folder.

– Regular bank reconciliations.

– Monthly Profit & Loss statement sent straight to your inbox.

– A one-hour virtual meeting per month to discuss your financials.

– Invoicing (up to 20 invoices per month)

– Credit Control

– Liaising with suppliers regarding invoices and receipts.

– Downloading receipts from online portals.

– Paying 100 invoices per month (only available to Xero customers).
