All of our packages are fully flexible and can be tailored to your Business requirements. Whether you need help with just your Bookkeeping or want the full Accounts package, we are here for you. All ongoing support packages come with your personal Account Manager who will be there to answer all your questions, free access to our training courses and an initial 1-hour Q&A session on anything Bookkeeping related. Starter Package
Our starter package is available for customers who require weekly, monthly or quarterly Bookkeeping and includes:
– Regular uploading of receipts – all you need to do is email us your receipts or save them in a shared folder.
– Regular bank reconciliations.
– Monthly/Quarterly Profit & Loss statement sent straight to your inbox
The price of this service depends on the frequency of bookkeeping and also the number of transactions that go through your accounts each month. Please see below for example costs based on up to 50 transactions per month, but please contact us for a tailored quote.
Weekly Starter Package
- Weekly reconciliations and uploading of receipts for up to 50 transactions per month.
- P&L and Balance Sheet Accounts at month end.
Monthly Starter Package
- Monthly reconciliations and uploading of receipts for up to 50 transactions per month.
- P&L and Balance Sheet Accounts at month end.
Quarterly Starter Package
- Quarterly reconciliations and uploading of receipts for up to 50 transactions per month.
- P&L and Balance Sheet Accounts at month end.
Basic Package

Our full support package goes beyond traditional Bookkeeping and enables you to sit back and relax whilst we deal with your accounts function. This package includes:

– Regular bank reconciliations.
– Monthly Profit & Loss statement sent straight to your inbox.
– A one-hour virtual meeting per month to discuss your financials.
– Invoicing (up to 20 invoices per month)
– Credit Control
– Liaising with suppliers regarding invoices and receipts.
– Downloading receipts from online portals.
– Paying 100 invoices per month (only available to Xero customers).

Add-on Services
At Momentum360 we don’t do things by halves. We want to make sure that your accounts are as accurate as can be so the following are services you can make use of as add-ons to our managed or DIY packages.
VAT Returns / MTD for IT submissions
- We submit quarterly VAT returns on your behalf and will let you know how much you owe, so all you have to do is make the bank transfer.
Payroll
- Our trusted partners offer payroll services including your monthly payroll including P11D filings for up to 5 employees. Please contact us for a quote if you have more than 5 employees or wish to make use of our managed payroll service. For a full service, they can also manage your pension and associated correspondence including letters to employees.
Annual Accounts and Tax Returns
- Whether you need help with your Self Assessment Tax Return or your Corporation Annual Accounts and Tax Return, our Tax Partners have you covered. Please contact us for a bespoke quote.
