Services
Your PA will be the first point of contact when it comes to your business correspondence. They will deal with your emails, take your phone calls, set appointments on your behalf and arrange your travel.
9am - 5pm Support
Your PA will be available from 9am – 5pm, Monday – Friday and an out of hours phone answering service will pick up the slack outside of these hours.
- Even though our customer support department is available 24/7, our pricing is based on the amount of time it takes us to deal with your enquiries.
Ad-Hoc Hourly Rate
- Our Ad-Hoc rate comes into effect if we can help you with work beyond what is included in the above packages. With this rate, our time is tracked down to the minute and we invoice accordingly at the end of each month.
Start-up Package
- Up to 10 hours of PA Support per month.
- Charged in advance on the 1st of every month by Direct Debit.
- One month notice period.
Growth Package
- Up to 20 hours of PA Support per month.
- Charged in advance on the 1st of every month by Direct Debit.
- One month notice period.
Premium Package
- Up to 40 hours of PA Support per month.
- Charged in advance on the 1st of every month by Direct Debit.
- One month notice period.
