Our customer support teams are available 9am – 5pm, Monday – Friday to answer your customers’ emails and phone calls within one hour.
Out of hours
But rest assured, your customers will not be left in the lurch outside business hours, as calls will be answered and messages taken by our outsourced, UK based call centre.
Customer Support
During business hours our team of dedicated VAs will not only monitor your emails and calls, but will also handle your customers’ requests.
Pre-requisites
Even though we do all the hard work, to make use of this service you will need to have a few basics in place. If you don’t then we’ll be happy to help you get these set up at our ad-hoc hourly rate:
– A CRM system to record your customer enquiries.
– A comprehensive support manual.
- Even though our customer support department is available 24/7, our pricing is based on the amount of time it takes us to deal with your enquiries.
Ad-Hoc Hourly Rate
- Our Ad-Hoc rate comes into effect if we can help you with work beyond what is included in the above packages. With this rate, our time is tracked down to the minute and we invoice accordingly at the end of each month.
Start-up Package
- Up to 25 enquiries per week during office hours.
- Up to 25 messages per week taken out of hours.
- Charged in advance on the 1st of every month by Direct Debit.
- 1-month notice period.
Growth Package
- Up to 50 enquiries per week during office hours.
- Up to 50 messages per week taken out of hours.
- Charged in advance on the 1st of every month by Direct Debit.
- 1-month notice period.
Premium Package
- Up to 75 enquiries per week during office hours.
- Up to 75 messages per week taken out of hours.
- Charged in advance on the 1st of every month by Direct Debit.
- 1-month notice period.
